Very few clients now believe that the architect is the person qualified to fill this overall role, and all architects now know that they need someone, alongside the client, to guide, arbitrate, coordinate and keep the whole project focused.
Based on our previous expertise in major real estate or urban projects, we have developed an approach to project management that is more complete that usually found. Project management is more than design and technical issues. It also requires legal and financial expertise and the habit of dealing with various administrations, as much as political or communications skills.
Our world has become complex. Leading a project through this complexity requires taking all aspects into consideration, to coordinate all stakeholders so they remain constantly aligned. Negotiations skills, creativity and flexibility are vital in overcoming any difficulties during the successful completion of a project.

The success of a project is primarily based on the correct definition, the credibility of the schedule, and the anticipation of risks associated with this specific context. This is why we pay particularly close attention to building an excellent relationship with the client. Our role is to listen, to identify the challenges, the ambitions and the concerns of all sorts (image, internal politics, cultural or financial…), helping the client express their wishes and translating them into a language that the real estate world will understand.
After gaining the trust of our client, we take responsibility for proposing and implementing a strategy, conducting studies and monitoring the completion of the work. Above all, we form a specialised team to help the client, according to the project needs. In short, an ideal cast of partners. Throughout the project, we are present to anticipate, “debug”, negotiate and contractualize; ensure parties work consistently, simulate and maintain the dynamic; control and correct, all the while ensuring the quality and the initial vision.
