Challenge : to imagine and implement a realization process with high expectations at the highest level of the Egyptian government. Create the conditions the appropriate response between Egyptian esthetics and ambition, budget, and a delicate integration in the CIUP context (Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris).

Project : A residence comprising 195 rooms accommodating Egyptian students and researchers, along with 3 studios for long-term researchers. A large multipurpose hall with 250 seats will host events and exhibitions. The garden on the first floor pays homage to Egyptian plantations.

The specificity of this ambitious project lies in the collaboration between French and Egyptian architects, working together to show the greatness of Egyptian civilization.
