Challenge: the Grande Ecurie, a unique place in the Château of Versailles, hosts “Versailles Campus”, an innovative educational concept created around 5 artisanal fields: historic masonry, crafts and design, landscaping, hospitality, and tourism. The Campus aims to provide a learning environment through practical experience, where students and professionals can come to learn and practice skills together.

Our mission :

  • Project management and coordination of stakeholders and real estate project, programming, architectural competition, follow-up of studies and construction.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Coordinating the various stakeholders of the project, specifying the scope of intervention for each party, their responsibilities, and commitments.
  • Defining the implementation strategy, agreements to be signed between parties.

Project : located in the Grand Stables of the Palace of Versailles, a rich heritage site, the Campus is an innovative educational project for training, experimenting, and promoting promote excellence in craftsmanship.
