Project : Residence with 200 rooms, as well as a 250-seat auditorium, a tea lounge, and a large shared kitchen.
The project, visible from the Périphérique, presents a modern image of the Tunisian culture in Paris. To achieve this, the competition encouraged architects (Explorations Architecture) to integrate artists into their work (Galerie Itinerrance). The building is surrounded by a metal skin designed by the artist Shoof, featuring a calligraphic reinterpretation of Arabic writing.
