Challenge : the dysfunctions and obsolescence of the Montparnasse district have as much to do with the urban and architectural design of the 70s, as with the legal organization of the real estate complex in co-ownership (EITMM). The City of Paris and the EITMM have therefore partnered to launch an international consultation to reinvent this major urban complex, both to improve the quality of the public spaces and its links with the neighbourhood, and to revise the complex real estate structure.
Our Mission : the consortium led by UAPS was a finalist in this consultation, in which Oskaprod focused on providing insight into the legal framework and financial estimation of the proposed project.
Project : the urban project reworks the slab of this district from the 70s, to simplify access, give a large place to nature, and better connect this district to its environment, in an urban context that is physically and legally intertwined, of extreme complexity.
