Challenge : echoing the essence of Vaucresson, the project reimagines the "villas" of the prominent owners of the 19th and 20th centuries, updating them to enrich the existing morphology, constructed in perfect harmony with its natural and forested surroundings. The project emphasizes housing in nature, apartments with views and perspectives on all sides, and the use of outdoor spaces.
Resolutely low-carbon, each villa establishes its style through its construction materials such as wood, metal, brick, or stone. Each time, the material is used as a structure, in symbiosis with its natural environment.

Our mission :
- Co-promotion with ARC (lead partner) and project development.
- To design an innovative solution combining genius loci, resolutely contemporary architecture, very high environmental standards and an attractive financial balance
Project : the program proposed by the municipality included about a hundred housing units, with 50% for ownership and 50% for social housing, as well as activity spaces. The consortium expanded this program by integrating complementary elements: medical offices, a communal hall, and numerous differentiated green spaces to meet everyone’s needs and desires, with integrated artworks enhancing the landscape.
