The site hosts industrial, tertiary and social activities and is the subject of various adjacent mixed-use projects including housing, several residences, workspaces, shops and other activity/leisure premises.
Oskaprod mission :
- Assist RATP in the assessment and financial valuation of the site, conducting detailed studies for each building;
- Propose a real estate and land strategy with a new urban development approach.

Project : the Championnet site, still in operation, underwent many transformations during the 20th century. The central workshop, consisting of a large hall of about 5,000m², was rebuilt at the same time and forms, with the administration buildings, an architectural ensemble reflecting post-war heritage.
