Challenge : the Mont d'Est district is identified as the 3rd business hub in Île-de-France, bringing together 13,000 jobs and 550,000 sqm of office space. Economic development and the renewal of tertiary assets are major strategic challenges. The City, the State, the Métropole du Grand Paris, and the EPT Grand Paris Grand Est initiated a Partnership Project for Development (PPA) in 2022, to align urban ambitions.
Our mission :
- Positioning analysis of the Mont d’Est district on a metropolitan scale.
- Analysis of the territory of Noisy-le-Grand and its development projects, particularly in relation to the arrival of the Grand Paris Express.
- Proposal of levers to provide new momentum to the district and to create a new polarity to the east of Paris.
Project : the Metropole du Grand Paris, engaged in this PPA with many partners, wished to redefine the urban and environmental dynamics of the area, and future strategic positioning of Mont d’Est.
This study should consider new lifestyles and ways of working, and necessary development of contemporary hybrid neighborhood.
