Challenge : successfully transform a logistics site into an active campus open to the city and with a strong mix of uses, and a reduced carbon footprint.
Our mission :
- Assistant to the Contracting Authority
- Management of the overall project: preliminary studies, urban programming, operational set-up, business plan / cash-flow, phasing, modification of the PLUi
- Definition of the new project, the establishment of its programming, the conduct of urban studies, in close collaboration with all the members of the group, as well as the design offices solicited for their technical expertise
Project : design a mixed-use project that maintains jobs on the site, while opening the space to create a public park and provide new venues for sports activities.
The business plan for the operation includes a complex phasing that considers current tenants, and the drawer operations necessary for a smooth transformation of the site.
This project represents an opportunity to showcase the site as a flagship for an activity campus on the scale of Greater Paris, amidst economic pressures on urban logistics due to the growth of this sector and changes in its practices.
