Challenge : strategic architectural and landscape development of 3 emblematic VNF sites along the Canal du Midi in the heart of the city of Toulouse.

Our mission : land analysis and potential real estate and land enhancement. Operational structuring and financial assessments of various scenarios. Comprehensive discussion with architects and program managers on potential site transformations.

Project : the urban and architectural project for these three emblematic sites has been particularly complex due to land ownership (Fluvial Public Domain), regulatory and heritage protections (listed as UNESCO heritage sites), and the involvement of numerous stakeholders. The refocusing of industrial activities contributes to presenting a comprehensive vision of the evolution of the 3 sites.

The potential of each site has been assessed, considering their interdependence, development capacity, preservation of historical heritage, and external urban developments in preparation for the Toulouse Metropolis (Grand Parc Canal Project).
