Challenge : transforming a polluted former industrial hall into an innovative project with zero carbon footprint, located near the Olympic Village and in anticipation of the 2024 Olympics.
Our mission :
- Development of the concept around eSport and climate preservation
- Search for partners
- Detailed programming
- Coordination of final renderings and auditions
Project : Level Up Pleyel, a site entirely dedicated to eSports, designed as a place to live, promote, train and compete for both amateurs and professionals.
The revamped hall had to meet all the needs of the teams and players, residents who came from all over the world to train for extended periods: Training and debriefing rooms, offices for staff, 24-hour multicultural catering, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, accommodations.The envisioned space was to become an “innovation lab” and offer, through its unique programming and design, a connection to public spaces in an approach that mixes real and virtual, indoor and outdoor.
