Challenge : in the Versailles Chantiers sector, which has been completely redeveloped by the City of Versailles, the former SNCF office building seems to have been placed on the edge of the site. However, this place has many advantages, due to the presence of the station and the flows it generates, and its great visibility from Place Poincaré. The project's objective is to breathe new life into the building and offer the city a vibrant third place dedicated to youth.
Our mission :
- Co-promotion with ADVI PROM and project development
- To envision the conditions for reinventing a building to create vibrant place for the city
Project : the concept imagined for this unique location is to offer different experiences on all floors, blending good food and entertainment for families and young people (food markets, events, urban gardens, etc.).
This programming extends outside the building, welcoming visitors from Place Poincaré and onto a new public space.
The project was abandoned due to the difficulties caused by Covid.
