Challenge : the former city center train station of Divonne-les-Bains, abandoned for many years, has left a significant vacant space in the heart of the city. A project of 45,000 sqm was conceived to regenerate this area, focusing on housing, retail and health services, honoring the city's legacy of nature and care. The project presents a high environmental approach with BEPOS constructions and a renewable wood heating network.
Our mission :
- Co-developer with Quartus (formerly Ardissa)
- Regenerate a brownfield at the heart of a city, proposing a real estate strategy integrating mixed uses and high environmental ambition
Project : a major turning point in the history of the city, the proposed transformation opens up the Station area to new uses (a varied residential experience, a strong retail presence, cinemas, nurseries, public parking), which will confer a renewed attractiveness to Divonne-les-Bains within the Lémanic district.
The project’s intention was to position Divonne-les-Bains within a low-carbon city logic “ahead of its time” and as a positive energy territory.
