Bertrand Phélippeau
He is a civil engineer from ENTPE (Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat), holding an Executive MBA from HEC and a diploma in urban planning from the École Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées.
With over 30 years of experience in managing urban developments and large-scale real estate projects, he has been involved in notable endeavors such as the renovation of the Centre Pompidou, the French Embassy in Beirut, the establishment of the Beaugrenelle shopping center, and the development of the ZAC Rives de Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt.
As the founder and CEO of Oskaprod since 2014, he has expanded his company by initiating and leading projects with significant architectural and urban implications. He has leveraged solid internal competencies and established a network of qualified partners whom he can call upon to address specific aspects of the missions entrusted to him.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Bertrand’s passions for football and opera underscore his dedication to collective projects, where he believes that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
